Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled individual to optimize growth by nurturing existing relationship while also acquire and manage new business relationships. You will be the forefront of the organization’s growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our clients both new and existing, negotiating contracts and closing deals. You will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, and start inspiring a positive difference. As a member of our team, you’ll join like-minded individuals who continually focused on sharpening skills and knowledge to remain at the top of our industry.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, analyzing and executing growth opportunities
  • Optimizing the existing growth and sales pipeline
  • Conducting thorough analysis to support growth initiatives such as customer needs, market projection, competitive analysis, and industry trends
  • Constructing contract-winning proposals and presentations with clear value proposition to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Working in close coordination with other stakeholders to create, develop and execute strategies
  • Continually build skills and knowledge to innovate and meet the growing and diverse needs of customers and market

Qualifications

  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree (GPA ≥ 3.25) in Marketing, PR, or other Business-related field from a reputable university. Masters Degree is a plus
  • 2+ years of proven working experience in related position, preferably in B2B Sales with demonstrated achievement
  • Excellent computer skills on Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
  • Solid communication skills to get viewpoints across to both technical and business-oriented audiences
  • Own a entrepreneurial mindset, a self-starter, result-driven, highly adaptable, organized, have the ability to multi-task with tight deadline
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa. Literacy in Chinese is a huge plus.
