Finance Supervisor

Job Description

We’re searching for a qualified individual to oversee our Finance activities. You will be working closely with key stakeholders and responsible for the overall financial health of an organization. The ideal candidate shares our commitment to understand, care, and guide internal financial decisions involving cash flow management, investment planning, tax minimization, risk management, budgeting, asset purchases, and sales. Essential Responsibilities:

Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met
Ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization with strong AR/AP management, investment strategy, cross team communications and workflow
Take charge of the review and preparation of budgets, management reports, as well as forecasts to ensure the organization’s bottom line is protected
Provide and present critical financial strategies and performance management, based on backward-looking analyses and forward-looking projections
Oversee the Controlling activities such as credit policy, cash flow and investment policy, costing and expenses control, and audit arrangements in alignment with strategic plan
Create a positive team environment with an open communication culture through effective guidance and mentorship

Qualifications

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree (GPA ≥ 3.25) in Accounting, Finance, or other Business-related subjects from a reputable university
Masters Degree or Accountancy-related certificates is a plus
At least 2 years of proven working experience in Finance or related position
Excellent computer skills on Microsoft Office, accounting software and databases
Solid understanding of financial statistics, accounting principles and regulations
High attention to detail, strong ethical standards and personal integrity
Solid communication skills and ability to get viewpoints across to both technical and business oriented audiences
