Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven HR Business Partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, employee relation, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services. As the “face” of our company culture, he/she will have excellent communication and interpersonal skill, and enthusiasm for nurturing employee performance and a pleasant work environment.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the overall business strategy. 
  • Establishes and drives positive working culture within the company and nurture an environment where employees enjoy coming to work and performing at their jobs.
  • Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 
  • Constructs and administers benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
  • Takes charge of Talent acquisition, Talent management, and Development which covers recruiting, performance evaluations, talent growth development plans, training and performance improvement plans.
  • Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
  • Maintains and protects confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care

 

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably in Law, Psychology, or related field from accredited college.
  • Robust understanding of Local Employment Law and display solid capacity to assist building a winning company culture from the ground up.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across all functions.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • Preferably 2 years of working experience in the related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
