Management Trainee

Job Description :

Our Management Trainee Program is designed to nurture our next generation of leaders across different business units (both old and new). To be successful in the program, you will be someone with a drive to create excellence, an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of ethics. Over a period of 24 months, you will undergo an introductory program experience to accelerate your career at the group level (with business in Textile, F&B and Investment industries.) It is here that you will learn and appreciate the various aspects of business in any of your chosen business segments or corporate functions.

Essential Responsibilities:

Under unparalleled development, mentoring, and training
Responsible for general operation duties
Prepare documents and make reports
Participate in meetings, workshops, other classes and learn about resolution of a problem
Take the exam and evaluation at the end of training (need to do presentation)

Qualifications

Graduates from reputable universities as Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, or related field with a GPA >3.2 (Master degree is a plus)
Have work experience of no more than 2 years. Fresh graduated preferred
Have organizational experience
Solid communication skills to get viewpoints across to both technical and business-oriented audiences
Problem solver with strong system thinking skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa (Literacy in Chinese is a huge plus)
Own a entrepreneurial mindset, a self-starter, result-driven, highly adaptable, organized, have the ability to multi-task with tight deadline.
